At JoyNest, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right with your order, our team is here to help with a simple and hassle-free process.

Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, accessories and manuals must be included.
• The product packaging should not be damaged or altered.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

For faster resolution, please share your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Once verified, JoyNest will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem.

Eligible unused and unopened products may be returned within 3 days of delivery. In such cases, return delivery charges (Rs.150 – Rs.250) will be paid by the customer.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery.
• Items with missing packaging, accessories or parts.
• Sealed products that cannot be resold once opened.
• Clearance or final-sale products, unless received damaged or incorrect.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through an available online payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method or banking service, usually between 24 to 48 hours (For Pre-payment orders only).

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will coordinate the available refund method with you.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our regular return policy after delivery.

How to Request a Return

Simply contact our customer support team and provide:

• Your order number
• Reason for return or exchange
• Photos/video if the product is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect
• If possible record video of your parcel while opening. (Recommended)
